The Bible has increased the morality of the west while at the same time decreased the amount of corruption. (E.G., consider the Heidelberg Catechism and the positive impact its teaching on the 10 commandments have had on countries like Holland.)

Bible inspired to start colleges so that we could establish “dominion” over the earth.
