I can't pinpoint why, but, to me, the art in this second volume doesn't look as good as in the first one, even while I'm not sure the style's much different. I can't tell if it's the same artist or what--there are more illustrators listed on this volume. Maybe one tried to copy what the previous artist had done alone? No matter--I like the Shadowman character a lot, so the art won't necessarily matter that much.

But, as I said, I like Shadowman a lot, so the art doesn't matter as much as it would for a comic wherein I don't like the main characters that much.
...Am stopping for today where I'm at on pg. 43.
