Wow her and Sam were so mates I think like genuinely, I think it just got muddled with her form and suppression and stuff but yeah.
The first time they kiss she describes it as lightning moving through her tho, so idk I think it’s a good detail and foreshadowing of Rowan.
I’m not really ready to read the last novella again. Throw up.

The assassin and the desert is my fav. It’s so foundational to the story and her character. I’m a mess.

So so much foreshadowing and setting up Sam to haunt the narrative it makes me actually want to throw up.

Just finished the Pirate Lord chapter. The boats they free- Celeana’s boat is named The Golden Wolf and Sam’s is Loveless. 🥲
