So it’s better than I was anticipating. I had read a few negative reviews, and given the cliffhanger that book 1 finished on I was expecting a dragged out miscommunication trope with misplaced hatred - but instead it’s angst and yearning and longing and mostly from Alex’s POV. Enjoying so far.
