New story Ch. 1 completed.
Youko is an unassuming college graduate working and starts to become obsessed with a game from a show she watched. She becomes so obsessed she is spending every waking hour playing it and spending extreme amounts of money. A gacha addiction. She is so addicted she ends up not showing up to work and taking care of herself. Also not looking away from her phone and getting killed by a truck.

Ch. 5 completed
Wow the entire chapter really just was existential questioning, massive time jumps and breaking the fourth wall for the ending

Ch. 4 completed
Idol plans to upgrade her gear, kills the vigilantes, realizes she no longer has fans because she killed all potential fans and therefore can't become an idol, decides to try to artificially create intelligent life forms but it doesn't work out. Evolves to a 17th form. Leaves Earth and that part of the solar system for space exploration. There is a foreign body of robots destroying planets.

Humanity gets cooked and in an attempt to prepare and protect themselves from more of it happening they create a bio organic being that ends up also trying to kill humanity. Maori because of her exposure is fighting cancer and trying to research regenerative medicine to revive Mika and undo her deteriorating body. She revives Mika.

Ok so I am actually wrong there are more chapters I just didn’t realize. Ch. I is just what I’ve already said, but now introduce Maori which ends up being her best friend/idol manager. After high school Mika can’t cut it, her sister Miya tries to yell some sense into her and Mika commits suicide right after. Maori goes mad scientist insane from it and Miya thinks Maori is responsible for Mika’s demise.

She studies extremely hard (remember she is a year behind) to get into the high school she wants because they are known for their idol culture. Gets in and is assigned to one of the idol groups called P-VALUE

So far, Mika is the main character most likely. She has a sister that’s a year younger named Miya. Mika is obsessed with idols, so much as financially straining the family going to concerts and merch. Her parents divorce and she withdrawals from school for a year and doesn’t eat much. Her mother worried but Mika kinda prefers it because she feels more like an idol. She studies to get into school of her dreams.

Normally I would summarize my notes/thoughts once a chapter ends, but given how dense this novel is, and also the fact that there are only 3 chapters too… I will probably write down a lot more frequently than I do with most light novels.
