making Thomil romantically interested in Sciona when all she has done is insult his being, partaken in the murder of his people, and treat him like garbage seems an absymally cruel indulgent fantasy and tone-deaf as fuck. we do NOT want colonizer romance, my god.

for someone so highly educated, sciona sure is dumb enough to not have read between the lines by now. imagine being so blinded by the very religion that oppresses you that you can't see good in anything beyond it. sigh.
