Can't believe I'm saying this, but I dislike how author-lady writes women. There's not one, but *two* female characters who are supposed to be plain and boring but also ✨special✨. You're telling me that the older sister, who has been trained for court life, is worth less than the one who read economic books just because that's 'more unusual'?
