Yeah idk I’m just not vibing with this book

I think I always forget that these cozy Japanese fiction books highlight some pretty big cultural differences through the writing. Some things that are written as if they’re totally normal seem pretty off to me—misogynistic/ lacking nuance/ against mental health support/ etc
