The way Brené is breaking down each emotion and experience is wrecking me in so many ways. For someone to just discuss and describe an emotion and it cause me to feel each one is WILD. I recommend this book to anyone who wants to have a better grasp on what emotions really are. Like yeah we know what emotions are… but do you really? Brené makes me question what I think I know. (Audio book is so good)
