I had this problem a couple of days ago. It seems to have resolved itself. I hope it does for you, too.

Thanks, it's good to know I'm not the only one and it will probbly be taken care of. I sent a distress signal to Goodreads anyway, though apparently I shouldn't expect a reply soon. I also checked my account settings but everything seems fine there!

I already got a reply from Goodreads, telling me they make a priority of looking into this issue. Good news on the horizon!

Correction! It is now working.

It seems it only got fixed on my internet browser. The app is still showing the same problem.
