real tho i don’t find myself praying prob cause the version of christianity i was brought up with strictly taught against repeating prayers, preached prayer should always be personal and specific so i don’t find any comfort in talking in my head to something i don’t think exists but the religious guilt is still inexplicably there despite the lack of belief
I literally hate that people go through religious trauma I’m so sorry. Churches and people in churches can be so religiously uptight, insensitive and definitely just very rude! It literally makes me crash out 💔
