I keep my room a lot cleaner more consistently now that I ever have It does feel like a calmer mind but I know that for yrs, I’d have a very cluttered busy room and things everywhere and unorganized and if I cleaned, when I woke up the next day or when I walked into the room, I’d actually feel very anxious when there was nothing Around and everything was put away and it felt unsettling, but now it feels good

If you feel anxious all the time, but you’re not sure why try to put your things in order

So when you’re cleaning or get rid of items, it’s you who decide it’s valuable, but when I heard that I feel like that can be applied to anything. It’s your mind that decides who is valuable in your life. Who’s opinion is valuable who matters what matters Wyatt matters you make that up on your own

He had a lot of toys and cityscape pieces I think it was and she felt like he just had a lot and he needed to get rid of it, but you don’t know what certain items mean to other people it could interesting or sentimental to them it’s important that you Ask questions to understand why certain things mean so much to them not to change their mind but just understand them better

One thing she did mention is that a lady was cleaning her house and cleaned all her items and she feel like her husband needs to clean and get rid of a lot of stuff because she got rid of a lot of stuff and she mentioned that it’s not your job to try to make people get rid of their own things they keep their things for their own reasons and I think that’s always good to remember

I don’t agree with every single cleaning idea or suggestion, but I think it can be very helpful and I still think it’s interesting to see how someone else thinks about something even if I don’t necessarily agree with it most of it I do agree with that

I do have a slight bias to giving this four stars although I did enjoy the book one of the reasons I wanted to read it because I enjoyed the TV series for Mari condos cleaning and I felt that this was gonna go along with that in an absolutely did

Calm, I feel calm listening to it, I’m motivated, I don’t feel overage ed or rowdy, it’s a good break from high action books
