Stayed up until 2am last night to read it hehe
Was v fun. Was disappointed at first with the climax, but the ending improved it. Feel like maybe the last few chapters could have done more - but still happy w the book. I needed a page turner and this delivered
Defs still feel like the housemaid copied this a bit. Unless maybe this whole genre is very similar.
Still reminds me of Rebecca too, but in a homage-y way

Very enjoyable so far. Reminds me of Misery, Rebecca, and the housemaid (only watched the movie for housemaid but wouldn’t be surprised if the story goes a similar way)

I love Verity. Lowen and Jeremy were meh, romance was meh but I didn’t mind too much bc I found Verity so interesting.
And I believe Verity. They did my girl dirty
