Sloan you've got yourself into a pickle. I will say this again, it is not your manuscript. She is very good at lying to herself and she's walking happily past all the warning signs that this will end badly. I think we've taken this unlikable protagonist thing a bit too far

We're at the point in this book where Sloan still isn't aware that merely taking a manuscript of a desk and typing it up elsewhere does not make you the creator. Writing your own novel makes you its author. There is a whole different word for what she's become. And that is just one of the obvious mistakes I see her making 🙄 😒
