...okay yeah, I still can't get over the author's callous descriptions of any man's interaction with a woman save Morozko's and Vasya's :/ It's not rape like the last book but... it's still highly unsettling.

So long as there are no more such scenes making surprise appearances, I'll still keep my rating and love for the book thus far.

Does he know Vasya's a girl, or is this about to become a Mulan-esque situation? Either way, I'm in for it hehe

I find it hilarious how poor Sasha simply wants to devote his days to priesthood, and not a soul wants to leave him alone 😂

Besides that, Konstantin's very name on page still gives me the creeps. And HAHAHA I can't stop laughing over poor Olga's reaction to Vasilii.

ANYWAYS have a feeling this book might be a surprising 5 star read, especially since I hadn't enjoyed the first book half as much.

YAY those two have reunited :D
