So... something happened a few days ago and I didn't share this with anybody except my cousin because I honestly still can't believe this happened so..the story will be in the comments.

So basically I am such an introvert that I basically never ever go outside until absolutely necessary and I am being homeschooled as well so. Anyways...a few days ago I did go out with my Mum to get some books, she was in the car waiting and I was just returning with my book bag and I had one of the new books in my hand . And suddenly I literally collided with this boy and guess what! my book that I was holding fell into this side ditch and it was basically super out of reach and not retrievable. I so wanted to yell but whenever I try I just can't yell because well I get tears in my eyes like angry tears so it looks like I am crying. The guy apologized so many times and I still really looked like I was gonna cry so he said "hey listen I am so so sorry for your loss, it was my fault, I wasn't seeing where I was going. Wish I could pay you but I don't have money on me right now so here I hope you can accept this and forgive me" and then I realise as he walked away he had pushed a brand new book in my hands, guess he was returning from book shopping too. And guess what that book was... BETTER THAN THE MOVIES. And that's how I got my copy of bttm . Honestly I still am in shock that something like that happened to me. I don't know if I'll ever see that guy again but I am not going to forget this whole incident. I rarely go out and this happens when I finally do 🤯. I don't know if I ever would have even attempted to read bttm because I don't read such books, I told my cousin about this whole thing and she was laughing because I had such a shocked expression on my face and she also said the book is mostly clean except a little language so I started reading this book. And that's my story!!!

He was kinda cute, curly black hair, gray eyes and he looked about my age. And sadly the book I lost was Heartless but anyways I got bttm in exchange. I'll be cherishing this moment for life. Still can't believe it happened, this whole experience was let's say better than the movies!!!
