kind of feels weird how most chapters are recapped
the key elements of the plot and the events are situated in the storyline at the end of the chapter it doesnt read naturally or even flows normally
dumbs down the reader to be reapeated the stakes all the time and removes some depth of blair’s character independancy to resolve her plot lines in a complex and emotional way rather than logical

it feels like the narrator which is supposed to be in Blair’s voice is talking both in a inner view point AND omniscient voice which makes it very confusing and weird? not personal and characterized. it removed a side of blair’s character because she gets mixed with a very bland informative omniscient writing style.

in one sentence its the opposite of « show don’t tell » she is telling us what she wishes us to be imagining and visualazing with clear words insgead of letting the reader feel the vibes for themselves
