Interestingly, this book works well as an eBook. Because it is effectively related in a series of soundbites, small screen format makes for a complementary reading experience: it kind of highlights each short selection, gives it a little more prominence.

I'm calling my mom from time to time to read her the funny bits, whether they are funny because they are actually humorous or funny because of some shocking disparity or juxtaposition. Those moments come and when they do I call my mom and read them to her. It helps, because this is a heavy book. I couldn't get my head around the manner of presentation at first, but then I did. I think it's going to be five stars.
