i feel like there is something here but it also feels empty

and i started santiago's chapter thinking 'why do i need to read santiago's chapter' and i ended santiago's chapter thinking 'wow i needed santiago's chapter'

(feelings subject to change don't hold me to this opinion quite yet, i mean i get that they are 'bad' for each other, but also would cleo and frank lead any better, happier lives without each other? something unforgiveable will inevitably happen for sure and no matter what it will be franks fault)
