WHAT??!!

I'm posting a little update before I finish this to say that, this has been my favourite book and dungeon level of the series so far. I also need to note that if I was to explain what I'm reading right now with no context, people would think I'm reading absolute rubbish because what the hell. I'm both distraught and laughing

1. "But all I could think about was that lonely dog left alone to guard an empty gas station on Christmas Day."
Carl you break my heart.

2. Carl getting BOTH his eyes impaled has been the worst description since he ate the worms.

3. I'd love to see an outsider's perspective of Carl. Obviously this is his interpretation of events and things feel okayish but people keep mentioning how "wild" his eyes look.

Does anyone want to check up on the AI and ask it how it's going? You know, maybe make sure it's okay...
Also, Donut is my princess to the end and I would protect her with my life
