“Well, I’ll be here,” Elias sighed heavily, his hand reaching to brush mine.
“Thank you.” I ignored how my touch-starved body ached with longing..
DONT GIVE ME THIS TOUCH STARVED BS GAVIN WAITED FOUR. HUNDRED. YEARS FOR HER AND YET SHES LONGING COR THE MAN WHO BLAMED HER FOR GETTING ASSAULTED WTF IS THIS

I’m sorry how tf can she even stand to still be talking to this man?!??

These Gavin POVs showing us how he looked for Ella for 9 years, then sold his soul to the devil (his dad) to become an enslaved immortal killing machine just so he could be alive for when she returned, make me angrier that Ella couldn’t last 3 months without lusting after another man

Reaaaally didn’t need a prolonged Elias masturbation POV ugh

“I’ve never believed in destiny, but I believe with all my heart, that I exist for you, Ella.
These flashbacks are the book’s only saving grace

GIRL WTAF WHY ARE YOU TURNED ON BY THIS DUDE

And if I said I’m not happy that this book is quickly turning into a typical military challenge/trial type
