This book is draaaaaaaaagging on and on. I think I’ve survived the painfully long middle and I’m hoping some of the recent developments help pick up the pace. Right now this book is hanging on to a 3⭐️ rating but only barely. If it doesn’t pickup soon it’s going down.

This is a Joe Hill book with a really really loooooong middle. I always struggle with these parts because while I know that there are small things happening that will matter later, it’s hard to stay focused when it feels so stagnant.
