i know this is another "closed-door" book (no spice).
i didn't realize that when i requested it.
hopefully the story is good enough to make up for that, we all know smutttttyyyy is how i prefer my stories but a good plot can make up for lack of spice fs.

while this story is cute(ish) and i kinda have a feeling i'll end up liking it by the end we're already almost at 40% and the mc's have only had a handful of interactions with each other...

i didn't either, i probably would have passed if i knew tbh (especially cause the last one i just read was fade-to-black too😭).
the writing is pretty decent so far; if it wasn't i definitely would have just dnf'd it already.
so hopefully i'll be able to finish and it'll still be a cute little holiday story.
hmmmm is this one I could get for my mom? Zero spice past the usual Hallmark-type swoony closed mouth kiss at the end? 😅

i genuinely thought that's how this was gonna go though.
