Sort of buddy read with Marissa!
So far, it's clean!

Guys, I haven't laughed this hard in months. Whoever wrote this has a fabulous sense of humor, and as someone who didn't adore The Hunger Games, this is one of the greatest parodies I've ever read.

I have a new dream as an author.

Keira Mueller I did read the original! I would never read a parody without reading the original first.

emily marie ⊹ ࣪ ˖ (Jesus is King) Ah lol oki
*sneaks off to go see if you wrote a review of my absolute favorite book of all time lol*

emily marie ⊹ ࣪ ˖ (Jesus is King) phooieeee you haven’t written a review yet 😒

Keira Mueller I'm a little behind on reviews, so I haven't written one yet (though it's on my to-do list). Your absolute favorite? Oh. I was waffling between a 3.5-4. It's not revolutionary.

Keira Mueller Also, go to bed. It's, like, 11 PM in your time zone.

emily marie ⊹ ࣪ ˖ (Jesus is King) D-WHAT?! 😱I’m fine, everything’s fine…

jaycee ann popping in to say that calling The Hunger Games “not revolutionary” is absolutely criminal in my book, and also 11 pm isn’t even late! if you saw my sleep schedule, Keira, I think you’d have a heart attack

Keira Mueller Jaycee, I'm sure it was revolutionary for the dystopian genre, but in my personal life, I wasn't blown away. And that's okay. We can each have our own opinions. Heart attack given, heart attack received 🫴
