Human beings try to portray trials etc as divine judgement (as in day of judgement, yep) to show that this is divine will but it’s humans attempting to play the role. Even a gathering of different demographics doesn’t demonstrate justice was served (it could be bribery, coercion, etc), but that it simply wants to present it as that image & cover up the truth. Would God be pleased with a cover up?

How can torturing a person do any good? Yep. The Prophet (SAWS) saw a person/people being tortured and he stopped it, he advocated mercy.

The doctor performed ovarian compression on a woman with hysteria, wearing only a shift and the gentlemen in the amphitheater could clearly observe her convulsions. Not only exploiting her mental health, but concerning given that deliberate false diagnoses can lead to such acts of barbaric torture to the pleasure of many envious people. Endometriosis is a disability, another instrument of torture.

He’s a tyrant. He knows his wife needs rest, but he continues to impregnate her. She’s lost 7 babies, he knows that the baby about to be born will die, he chooses to save the baby instead of the mother. Both mother & baby die. He knowingly, thereby, intentionally sent his wife to her death. He is having an affair with a 13 yo maid whenever his wife is pregnant 🤢 He also beats up his 11 yo child.

Terribly dangerous for anyone naive or inclined otherwise because the public would also then be slandering the person accumulating their own bad deeds and the person who they’re presenting it as divine will against could also accumulate rights on the real day of judgement. That’s why those with such collective power should withdraw because they should serve the public instead of leading them to sin and oppression.

Then as a result of that those who then slandered the person (because they’re told the person defamed when they didn’t) then they could face consequences in their own life for judging the person who’s actually being slandered. Look at the ripple effects. They’ll end up facing it themselves one day maybe if they judge the person which ends up creating more problems as a nation and world as a result of it.
All because a person was originally slandered, cleared the slander, but because it makes people look bad they lie and say it’s defamation whilst having already confirmed it’s the truth. Then later, for such a trial, many will slander the person as a result which could then lead to them being slandered so that they can learn themselves. It’s corruption. Corruption widespread. So dangerous. More trouble than it’s worth.
Then the person who’s slandering again (even if made to) may bear more sins or face another personal trial. It puts everyone at danger by defaming a person claiming they were defamed when they weren’t. Dangerous. For all. For myself, I see people later face the same harm that they put me through or something very akin to what they did and when it becomes even more widespread, then the consequences may reverberate outwards even more. It’s dangerous. It’s actually not wise. It accumulates bad karma across the board that will ripple down later, may increase bullying, lower morale, disability harm going higher, people believing they can do whatever, people watch and learn and devise.. it can either create animosity or it can encourage the worst in people. Holistically unwise.
