the affection i hold for alizayd al qahtani makes me want to shred every passing page of his pov with my teeth like some sort of motherly woodchipper. you peel him away and there’s a repressed man inside, you peel that man away and there’s another repressed man, he’s just like this russian doll of repression. add the idealism and yearning and it's like the fictional equivalent of crack to me.
