There is way too much of the characters thinking to themselves in the same way they would have a conversation with someone else. It feels clunky. And it's so slow. Bored now...

It's just so simple. The characters are full of blushes and fumbles. I thought I was going to be reading about adults here. :( And everything is developing so slowly and feels so...I can't think of what to say other than to say 'simple' again.
