Cliff’s Reviews > Amazing Spider-Man (2025-) #1000 > Status Update

Another perspective on the night when the burglar killed uncle Ben and hence Spider-man rises.

Spidey time travels into the past while napping beside MJ. He has an adventure with Rawhide Kid and only has a lipstick mark on his cheek to show for it. 😆

I think this is my favorite story of this Spidey collection. He misses the party the Avengers throws for the anniversary of his first appearance. 😆

A scrimmage between Spidey and the Hand.

Another tribute to Harry Osborn's memory.

Another version of the story where Peter "says" his goodbye to Gwen Stacy and finally gets his closure. 😬

OK, now for the big reveal in this 1000th landmark issue. It was pretty obvious for me from the start that this long lost son of May & Ben Parker is some new big villain in the making. He's called Ravage! We know that Marvel keeps retconning characters & established storylines, for instance Pete's & MJ's marriage, May's death in ASM #400, etc. But it's kinda of silly this Ravage dude is out to steal May from Peter.
