I don’t know how different purchasing a house is in Scotland but the level of unprepared this woman is when she arrives at an empty property is astounding. She’s expecting stuff like she’s checking into an Airbnb. Yes, the cupboards are empty! Yes you have to actually contact the utility company yourself to have all that turned on….good lord. I’m going to assume her agent failed her.
