Trig is getting payback for an innocent man being killed in prison after being framed. He's going to kill 13 innocents and one guilty. The police are trying to find him and the clues are his nickname bill wilson and the names of jurors on the case. Then the side story is a feminist on a book tour with her assistant. Trig has killed 4 people so far and the police are not much closer to finding out that it's him.
