Already, this book is proof of three things:
1. There is an appropriate (emotional) season for every book. I read the prologue back in August and couldn’t get into it. Now, I’m wholly invested! Which brings us to point 2 . . .
2. I get S.A.D. in the summer.
3. I don’t mind heavy/dark tones in books. I just need them to have a good wit to keep me amused.
