58% in and i still haven’t got a clue who the killer is. Also this Annie is stupid or what? She said the threat that Frances had was written by Frances herself? And somehow Frances had amnesia that she was the one who wrote it and shocked by the threat?
She wants to be a mystery writer but oh I think she should reconsider.

Motive: He wanted the inheritance because it was his uncle’s in the first place. But Frances has it because she was the widow and she thought it was hers and then inherit it to her side of family.
Doubt: still don’t know whether Frances is rich to begin with or not. Or maybe her husband only has the mansion but the rest was hers.

Just started chapter 1 and I already hate the main character Annie. She sounds so privileged and reckless. But I will give it a try.
