This book has some of the darkest scenes I've ever read, the story's pretty heavy there's a lot going on,coltaine's chain of dogs and kalams journey are really cool, going into the book i thought it was more like medival fantasy but reading of Warren's,the difference races and the path of hands is interesting. I'm finding felisin and kulps stories harder to follow though,I think I'm suffering for not reading book one

Cathal there's dragons, zombies, gods, warlocks, different military campaigns and the like in these books there pretty cool. The story and most of the characters seem really well written and there's a few different mysteries aswell it's interesting. I will say they are kind of complicated at times ,especially surrounding the supernatural, sometimes im not actually sure what's happened.
