Anyway. World of the Myth. I liked how it changes writing style for effect. And between this and IHNMAIMS, the writer really knows how to write insufferable men... And women who deal with SA weirdly? Idk if this is realistic or just male fantasy.

Lonelyache. It was an interesting character study. But between this, the title story, and World of the Myth, the book really has at it at portraying asshole men that I couldn't help but wonder if the writer is just misogynistic lol. But World of the Myth and Lonelyache were conscious enough of just what assholes the male characters are that I'd let it slide.

Love Big Sam. Big Sam did no wrong. Justice for Big Sam. Idk why the narrator keeps saying he's got problems when it's just, what, grief and compassion?
Also I LOVE that greeting thing about beauty before Eyes of Dust. Can't believe it was written in, what, the 1960s or 80s??
