Grace Soto’s Reviews > Of Fire and Ash > Status Update

Since there's no coherent way to express my thoughts about the last fifty pages, I'll just say... AAAAAHHHHHHHGGGGGH 😨😱😭👀

Noooo not Gavin!! 😭 Please be ok

This is the scene from the cover!!! 😱 This book is so epic

Dang. Rafi really has an impossible choice. I love Ceridwen's arc! I'm so excited to keep reading

I don't recommend starting an epic fantasy trilogy after becoming a new parent... Unless you don't mind reading at a glacial pace 😅 (Still having a great time tho!)

Markham and Finnian are the GOAT 🥹

I finally made serious progress after an unexpected good night's sleep. Who knew sleep deprivation made it so hard to read epic fantasy? Anyway, this series is already becoming a favorite. I can't wait to read it again and I haven't even finished it the first time yet 😆

It's way too early in the book for me to be this emotionally damaged 🤦‍♀️😭🫠

Also, reading epic fantasy while sleep deprived is very challenging, but I am having an excellent time🫡

This world building is SO comprehensive and smoothly incorporated. This story has been a real treat so far!
