I agree with her on almost everything but portraying people (espc women) being upset about a rapist escaping and even temporarily beingon the loose as racist isn’t the most productive. I don’t think portraying women as being hysterical racists for fearing for their and their children’s safety is fair at all actually. They lived in rural areas without husbands or anyone else. That’s scary (regardless of race)

I’ve waited months to read this book. Libby had holds spanning months and I am so excited to finally read it!!!
