Alright except for the casual racism that pops up every hundred or so pages

I promise this'll be the summer I finish it

So far the only thing that's impressive about this book is how Wallace managed to stuff it full of so many useless digressions on so many useless topics in an age before Google and Wikipedia

I'll never make it through this book alive
