Probably the most conflicted I’ve been reading this series. Thymara character I don’t think is awful, but man Hobb really doesn’t give her much to do. Alise is still good and Sedric has become far more interesting. However the meandering pacing, how the location has been the same for the entire novel compared to Book 1 bouncing between locations. There’s no LST characters and yeah.
