Always feel kinda like Mickey Mouse when he's got the sorcerer's hat on when i delve into stuff like this. Will i destroy my mind? The minds of others?? I'm a bigger fan of the therapeutic reconsolidation process, but EMDR is pretty good too, when applicable. Ive had it done on me and it was wild, really disorienting. Hopefully this book explains some of what i experienced. I have an autistic brain though so idk
