America is such a bland pick-me and Maxon is the epitome of everything. A true king, and not just because he’s the ruler of Illèa.

America describing Maxon: He’s handsome, he makes me laugh, and we have great conversations. When I’m with him I never want to leave. He respects me and I find that insanely hot. He actually cares about me and you can see it through his actions. He’s a great friend.

America describing Aspen: He’s mean, rude, and constantly belittles me, but once he actually smiled at me so now I’m going to marry him!
