Not sure the purpose of this books. It felt like the writer was under pressure to finish a book and just left a bunch of stories open. Why did he sense the uncle in the car? Why was almost any character relevant? Was there a life lesson? This should have been written as a short story. cut out some chsracters, cut out story lines and then deepen the character ark of just 1 or 2 characters and zone in on 1 story.
