Enjoying this book very much so far, especially the little gestures and looks and other moments between Lowe and Misery. The way he put peanut butter in her fridge, turned up the temperature, gave her his sweatshirt. And the stares! And when he stops and smells her scent! She thinks it’s because he hates it but I’m smiling because I think it’s the opposite and he is very drawn to her which is so satisfying

Such a fun read- finding myself smiling and laughing often. Ana is so cute and not annoying, Misery is very funny and witty, and her making fun of Alex and teasing him is entertaining. And the sweet moments are endearing. Misery is finally starting to feel what it’s like to be around others who don’t hate her

The hate Vampyres have for Misery is so weird and ironic to me. She had no choice in becoming the Collateral and yet people hate her simply for that reason.
