Test tasting time! Maomao tests tasted and noticed all the girls eat after she eats but she’s understanding of the fact that no one wants to get poisoned and shrugs it off. We flash over to Lihaku and basically after all the foreshadowing it finally happens. Poison is detected in food! Drama!!!

More tin foil hat thinking on someone's death. We learn Maomao is forbidden to touch bodies because she most likely would become a grave robber due to the possibility of ingredients which shocks Jinshi and Gaoshun lol. Was ruled a suicide and most likely she was responsible for the earlier poisoning in the palace due to a note

Maomao wakes up and is rushed to a scene where 2 people were poisoned. She tries to remedy the situation and is successful. She then puts on her tin foil hat trying to piece what happened together to guess what happened leading up to it. Most likely murder. Apparently one of the girls tried killing one of the poisoned people too with a knife but Maomao stopped her and heard her out.
