i’ve said it before and i’ll say it again my biggest frustration with this book is how it does flashbacks at the worst possible moments like no i do not want to hear about gavriels past right after tana gets lunged at by midnight

i feel like whenever this book starts getting some momentum there’s a chapters that’s just a flashback or something else unrelated to the present and it’s annoying me like i want to know what’s happening now!

oo starting to feel a little bit of a buzz for gavriel and tana 🚬

not loving how there’s so much flashbacks or chapters that aren’t about what’s going on rn

idk why tana prevented aidan from drinking the blood bc it’s lowkey inevitable she should know that from her mom

i love vampire stuff usually so i’m very excited to start reading this
