i’ve said it before and i’ll say it again my biggest frustration with this book is how it does flashbacks at the worst possible moments like no i do not want to hear about gavriels past right after tana gets lunged at by midnight
“tana in all my long life though there were many times i prayed for it no one has ever saved me no one but you” 🙂↕️🙂↕️

i feel like whenever this book starts getting some momentum there’s a chapters that’s just a flashback or something else unrelated to the present and it’s annoying me like i want to know what’s happening now!
