So far I must say i absolutely adore the world building, it took me a little to get into it but once i understood the magic system many things just really click. This book is definitely dark but in a way that is digestible for the reader.

I started reading SenLiYu’s stories back when she was writing fanfiction on Ao3. I have always loved her writing style so when I heard she came out with her own book I just had to read it.
I only hope I can keep it together and not try to draw the parallels between this book and the fic it originally was.
