i thought That was going to happen while she was at the party with her friends, when she thought “no, i won’t text him, i don’t want to bother him”. i figured it would happen. i didn’t think she’d go back to being so mean to mr p though :(

this book has me in my feels. i was only nine when i lost my grandma, and she was my favorite person. but i didn’t have a grandpa to turn to, bc he was gone as well, so im like PRIYA!! HE’S SO LONELY!!!
