I waited months and months and months for this and forgot what it was about in that time. The reviews on Goodreads were not good. But this woman has read every book that I've read and she's recommending all these things that I do and she's totally right about how much better you feel when you make conscious decisions about how to live your life. I am loving this book. She is a soul sister.
