Okay so my guesses for what the ingredients Sera needs are as follows:
A Strand of Sunset = something to do w/ Theo / Posy (both are blonde/joyful)
A Phoenix Feather = something Bok-Bok related (he was a bird “reborn”)
A Thorny Heart = her and Luke falling in love / their hearts walls coming down and thawing
Will circle back to see if assumptions were correct once she inevitably gets her magic back

Slight correction and amendment to my previous assumption is that the ‘thorny heart’ is going to be either them falling in love OR Sera’s “thorny” past where her love of magic eventually morphed into something that hurt her due to its loss and absence
