Just yesterday was DEEPLY lamenting the frustration of being at once hyper visible and completely visible in the workplace as a Black woman and tbh I feel like this book is 300 painful pages of that story. Diane Abbott’s resilience is second to none.

Brilliant but dense. Reading it feels a bit like hacking my way through a forest.
